Nancy Lee on Happiness

Posted on Posted in Happiness

Nancy is such a pleasure to work with. This is the second time we have had a chance to contribute to something together.  The first was when we were both coauthors of Journeys to Success 2, which became a #1 Amazon Best Seller in under a day. It was foreworded by one of my favourite personal development leaders, Bob Proctor.  I am looking forward to what unfolds for both Nancy and I as we move forward in our journeys. I am looking forward to possible opportunities to collaborate again in the future.

Nancy Lee is a philanthropist, an International Facilitator for youth leadership and the President of Dream Beyond Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Santa Ana, CA. The foundation was founded in 2014 to serve the under-served Cambodian seniors in Long Beach, which has the highest concentration of Cambodians outside of Cambodia. The foundation also provides scholarship to Southeast Asian youth to further their education.

Nancy Lee has taught hundreds of youth how to reach their full potential and to adopt good habits. She is an independent licensed Facilitator for Path4Teens through Laurie Beth Jones and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens with Franklin Covey. The Principal at Rongko high school, in Banteay Meanchey, Cambodia, commented that “Nancy Lee is the best Facilitator I have ever met in my career.”

Nancy and her husband, James Lee, have built three school buildings in three provinces in Cambodia. They are also the founders of the Summit Foundation in Cambodia, which provides shelters for children from remote rural areas of Cambodia to attend a private school in Phnom Penh. It also provides scholarships to high school graduates and teaches the youth leadership program.

With KhmerTV.com in Long Beach, CA, Nancy Lee launched The Nancy Lee Show in late 2014, with the aim of promoting awareness, preserving the Khmer culture, and connecting the old and the new generations. She has said: “I’ve never failed to offer a helping hand. I might be broke helping others, but I’m very rich in my heart. That’s what success is all about.”
