Congratulations and Thank You For Joining Me for the 30 Days to Happiness Video Series!  

My name is Amy Thomson and I am the creator of this program, The Authentic Evolution Program, Creative Blueprinting Fulfillment Workshops, and the author of the Feel Great With Affirming Arts™ Colouring Book Series (Formerly known as I Love Affirming Arts™.  I am also a Top 40 Under 40 Business Achievement Awards winner, and a #1 Amazon International Best Selling Coauthor of a book called, Journeys to Success 2, which was foreworded by Bob Proctor. I am a mother of 2 with an extensive educational and professional background.  I am passionate about living the life of MY dreams and teaching YOU to do the same, regardless of where you are now!

At this point in my life, I have everything I want.  I have the relationship of my dreams, the career of my dreams, the kids I want, and the most inspiring and genuine friend and family relationships I could ever have.  My finances are rapidly increasing and my health is better than ever.  I am truly blessed.  But it wasn't always like this. I did a full circle from where I was to where I am now.

If there’s anything I’ve learned, it’s that challenges of any kind can be overcome, and that on the other side of despair is peace, love, joy and gratitude that is the most blissful place to be and makes everything you’ve gone through make perfect sense.

It’s not a coincidence that I have everything I want now.  I’ve studied happiness and success for 19 years, followed mentors and created many of my own personal growth exercises to get where I am.  I’ve made happiness a habit!  And you can too!

For a long time though, my life was a mess!  I did everything I could on the outside to hide how much I was struggling on the inside.  But, it still showed through.  It showed everywhere in my life.  Even if things went well for a long time, they always seemed to fall apart.

Everyone said all I had to do was focus.  But there was so much I wanted to do and so many things I was good at.  I read several books on focus, management, and self-esteem, but still couldn’t seem to get a handle on my life, even when I focused, because I was not happy with regular routine.  I studied personal development, and successful and happy people for an entire 19 years and then FINALLY discovered what I’m going to share with you now!

The techniques I’ll share changed my life completely!  

They helped me overcome mental and physical health issues, past hurts from previous relationships and situations, and allowed me to truly fall in love with myself.  It wasn’t until I discovered these simple happiness techniques and adopted them into my daily life, that everything changed.  And it changed QUICKLY!

AND…You REALLY CAN DO EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO DO!  You’d be amazed how fast things come together when you believe, relax and allow things to happen. When I stopped fighting myself, I started asking questions.  And do you know what?  The answers were there.  They always were.  I just couldn’t see them before.

These techniques will show you that time is on your side.  You’ll be able to relax and be happy at any time, even if things aren’t complete or take a different direction than you’d like in the moment. 

I LOVE how everything is now.  I can have fun with whatever I do.  My goals are clear.  My relationships are blissful.  I enjoy EVERY day.  My house is in order.  In fact, everything is in order.  Setbacks are so easy now.  AND I’m accomplishing things while adding to my happiness list daily.  Life is GOOOOOOOD.  That’s all I can say!  And I’m here to help you have the same AWESOMENESS in your life.

Every one of us has greatness within us.  Let’s bring out more of yours!  
One thing I can’t stress enough is that happiness is a habit!  

Habits take some time to form, so be patient with yourself while you learn this process.  But DEFINITELY COMMIT TODAY to spending the next 30 days with me and to following the steps in this program.  Because, in all reality, what is more important than your happiness?  When you are happy, everything around you improves.  So, you’re doing it for EVERYONE in your life.  

You’ll also notice how fast and easy it is to do the things you want to do, or have to do in your life when you’re happy.  

One of the funniest things that happened to m this work, was that I discovered that most of the things I thought I wanted in my life, I didn’t really want.  I was going after things that wouldn’t truly make ME happy.  It was really cool when I became crystal clear on what really gave ME fulfillment and separated it from the effects of society and other outside influences.  Once I was certain what would make me truly happy, things began to manifest; and sometimes in less than a day.

I can list numerous examples of times when I asked for something specific and received it in less than a day, including my soul mate relationship.

I’ve designed this program to take an average of 30 minutes per day, including the videos.  The videos will be pretty short and then there will be homework.  Do the homework.  This is where you’ll have results.  30 minutes is not a long time for the benefits you’ll receive.  Imagine an entire day of happiness, peace and bliss every single day.  It’s nice.

Let’s begin right now the process of making happiness a habit in YOUR life so you can have everything YOU want: the relationships, finances, family, fun, success, nice house, beautiful body, romance, travel, intellect… whatever!! EVERYTHING!!!  

Today’s Exercise:

  1. Download the PDF worksheet.
  2. Beside each of the categories, write 2-4 sentences describing what is happening in your life in that area now, and how you want it to be in the future (Your IDEAL vision).  Think BIG.  Lots of detail.  

Note:  This exercise is only supposed to take 20 minutes, so write whatever comes to mind, as fast as you can; even if it seems outrageous or impossible, or silly.  You’ll notice there are a few extra spaces at the bottom of the page.  These are intentionally left blank for you to add anything else in your life that is important to you that may have been left out.

It is very important for you to do this exercise today because in tomorrow’s assignment, we’ll look at this list and begin to discover and overcome some of the blocks in the way of you having exactly what you want.  THIS is the starting point for the wonderful changes you’re about to see in your life.

If you complete the 20 minutes and want to add more, you can; any additional time spent is up to you, but for tomorrow’s lesson, we just need something to work with, so 20 minutes should suffice.
